Drops are integrated using and in partnership with [Merkl](https://merkl.xyz/). **Drops are distributed per dollar of deposits.** Example - If 1 `syUSD` = 1.01 `USDC` (according to protocol exchange rate), 100 `syUSD` tokens are incentivised with 101 Drops every 24 hrs. Initial distribution of Drops will continue till TBD and will be eligible for 2% of the total Lucidly protocol token supply upon TGE.
